She’s a brand manager at Google and advocates for disability inclusion as a multiply disabled activist challenging how society treats Disability and beauty as opposites.

Ashley Eakin

Ashley is a writer-director who was accepted into the Powderkeg Fuse Incubator and the AFI Directing Workshop for Women. She was a staff writer on an upcoming Netflix series and is a former assistant to Jon M. Chu. She was featured in a 2017 SoulPancake video about her rare bone condition, which received over 50 million views.

Erica Milsom

Erica is the director of Pixar’s SparkShorts film “Loop,” which tells the story of two kids adrift on a lake searching for a way to connect and was Pixar’s first film with an autistic character. Before Pixar, Milsom worked with adults and youth with disabilities at the Volunteer Center of San Francisco.

David also served as a creative consultant on Netflix’s Crip Camp.

She is the creator of #DisabledAndCute and her work has has appeared in Netflix Queue, Teen Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire UK, And The New York Times, among other publications. Her debut essay collection, “The Pretty One” is out now and her debut picture book, Sam’s Super Seats, will be out Fall 2022.
