Simone Hawthorne

Bronx-born writer Simone Hathworne (she/her) is a proud mom who thrives on playing devil's advocate and uses her writing to explore the complexities of human nature. She believes that seeing universal humanity on screen helps audiences recognize it in others.

Her credits include Ambitions, Untold Stories of Black Wall Street, and The Young and the Restless, for which she won a Daytime Emmy.
